How much is shipping?
UK delivery is free on every order — no minimum spend. Orders outside the UK are a flat £14.99 GBP. Every order ships tracked and insured in our signature packaging.
When will my order arrive?
UK orders arrive within 3–5 business days, Europe within 5–8 business days, and Rest of World within 7–14 business days. You’ll receive tracking as soon as your parcel leaves our studio.
What is your returns policy?
Unworn pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery, with original tags and packaging intact. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days of receipt. Final-sale, made-to-order and personalised pieces are not eligible for return.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide at a flat £14.99 GBP. Free delivery applies to UK addresses only. Duties and taxes may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
What sizes do you stock?
Most PinkLizzie pieces are available in sizes S–3XL. Each product page includes a size guide and fit notes to help you find the perfect match.
How do I care for my PinkLizzie pieces?
Silks and satins are best dry-cleaned. Store garments hanging, away from direct sunlight, in the dust bag provided. Always check the care label inside your item for specific instructions.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change please email care@pinklizzie.co as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help before your parcel is dispatched.
